Because these items are uniquely made to your specifications, they cannot be resold or reused. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any custom or personalized products.

In the rare event of an error on our part or a defect in the product, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
